These important topics were at the centre of the Forbes Georgia Real Estate Summit 2026, which brought together representatives from the real estate development, investment and financial sectors, as well as experts in architecture and urban development.
As part of the event, the first panel discussion focused on the financial architecture of development projects and featured the participation of Maia Khachidze, MRICS, Managing Partner of BDO Georgia.
The discussion explored the financing and valuation models of real estate projects, the factors that drive their investment attractiveness, and effective approaches to managing financial and commercial risks throughout the various stages of project development.
